Direct Remodels

5 months ago I signed a contract with them and No one responds to phone calls or emails at all. When I try to call them I get a busy signal every time. I am highly unsatisfied with the services I have not received so far.

Terrible customer service. No not use this company!!! Run Now!!!

We are currently dealing with a kitchen remodel that has been going on since Feb 15th and STILL is not finished. Between the lack of communication, the missed days where the installers are a no-show (1 or 2 installers at most each day at any given time for the duration of the install.), to the days we are waiting around for someone all day to be called at the end of the day to say that they are not coming. Even from unfinished work to having a whole room without power for over a week. This has turned from something that was supposed to be an amazing experience. All we have experienced is lots of talk with nothing to back it up, basically what you see on the news about remodeling nightmares. This job was marked as complete with no walk through. With cabinets that are not leveled, to the higher ones almost falling on you with the first cabinet installed. Backsplash is done with missing paint and texture around, pieces of wall opened to where my kids can hurt themselves! Open exposed outlets to slapping an extra piece of cabinet paneling onto a cabinet with wood exposed calling it done. We submitted a punch list of work that needs to be fixed and/or to be completed, so now we are stuck waiting around for the company to find someone willing to deal with it.

Direct Remodels is not a company that spends a lot of time on fancy advertising. However, their work, professionalism, and results should be known. I hired Direct Remodels to replace my old casement windows. Direct Remodels sent experienced installers, finishers, and their own company quality control personnel. They were all clean and polite. When the City of Tampa inspector came, he did a thorough job, then he said that he had inspected a lot of windows, often by the bigger, more commonly known companies and they frequently had problems or little details not completed or attended to. He said that "this company" (Direct Remodels) had done an excellent job, completed details, and were very clean, too. When I have other window or remodeling projects, I am going to call Direct Remodels first.

Direct Remodel installed several windows and a new front entry. The products were energy efficient and impact resistant and excellent quality. The installers were knowledgeable and were clean and careful to protect my belongings. They showed up on time and efficiently installed everything in one day. There was always good follow-up from office staff as the windows and door were assembled. This is a good quality contractor. I highly recommend this company.

We are excited to start our renovation journey with Direct Remodels! We have had such a great experience talking through project ideas, We are starting with all new custom impact window, new impact exterior doors, and rebuilding a kitchen island and counters. We not only were offered the best prices after getting quotes from several companies, but we are so thrilled to support a local business that provides white-glove service. I was skeptical at first but I can't say enough about my men on the job, professional, knowledgeable, excellent work my bath georgous, I highly recommend them super pleased dont be affeaid to hire. Took a while to get started but Oh My the results. MIKE, TY

In the beginning little crazy with the scheduling but that's common because of covid 19. The two installers jerry and mike we're absolutely fantastic. Brittany G. Has help me step by step with the right Sinks faucets and tile the whole way. Just a tremendous job all together. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for kitchen or bath. I might do my kitchen in the near future. Thanks again direct remodels.

Salesman, Parker Maraventano, was on time, knowledgeable, and very well represented his company. After the sale before installation, he answered all my phone calls & made sure I had all the paperwork required to satisfy my condo rules. I was very appreciative of his personal attention. I would use this company again & have recommended them to others in my condo association.
