DaBella - Sacramento (Roofing)

We can now go into the Fall and Winter with peace of mind, knowing that a quality roof is over our heads! The group that performed the tear-off and installation were professional, polite, and very diligent. Their flexibility allowed for several roof-related minor repairs to be performed. Not every contractor out there is willing to go that extra mile. We would definitely recommend checking out DaBella for your roofing needs!

They were prompt, very professional, and I am very satisfied.

Work was great, and the work area was kept cleaner than expected, and the new roof looks wonderful, so we'd do it again. Our only problem was a lack of communication, even simple things like the work crew telling us when they got here, when they were leaving for the day, or when they'd be back. We also heard nothing from the DaBella after we signed the contract until we called them to find out when the project would begin. As I said, we would sign with DaBella again, and recommend them to a friend if asked, but the communication could use some work.

I'm currently in the process of trying to get a finance so they can get started on the Roofing, their fore I cannot comment on their work or the job. how ever they seem to be professional. thanks for turning me on to their company.

They gave us excellent service and I enjoyed the people that delivered it too.

Not real happy with the way they handled the project. We thought they'd be doing the work themselves; turned out that they contracted it out.

They were the only contractor to look under my roof in the attic space to see if I had additional problems besides replaceing the shingles on the roof. They worked at finding financing options that would work with by budget. When giving me the quote I was able to see what type of material was going on my roof. Best of all they replaced my roof in one day.

They were here on time, put in a nine or ten hour day, got the job done on time, cleaned everything up and the roof looks great.

Do use DaBella, they are 2 to 3 times what others would charge. The material and warranty is good but for the money, I would look somewhere else. They did not do a good inspection and the additional work was also very expensive. DaBella usually outsources their work and my roofers were not professional, and cause some damage to my property. DaBella does not care about customer service in my opinion, its all about the money. Try somewhere else.

The salesman that visited and evaluated the site was very friendly. I heard promises of the best roofers in the business with only prevailing wage roofers used for the installation. The bid was high but I accepted because of the quality of labor. After getting my money I was called a week later to schedule the install. Materials did not show up on time, roofers did not show up on time or speak english. On top of that I don't believe the correct shingles were actually installed! This was expensive and I expected better, lesson learned next time I am going with the cheap guy.
