Write a ReviewThe salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Thank goodness I have a kind neighbor who can fix the mess they left - big gaps in the overhang in the back, very shoddy. I showed it to the man who came to inspect the work, and called the installer and left a message. He has never returned that call.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. The day after the job was done a rep from DaBella called to say she was picking up the check. We told her we had a couple of issues we wanted to discuss with her when she arrived. She called back to say she was too busy to get the check and sent an office boy. We're still waiting to see if some of the shingles lay flat.

Did a wonderful job of explaining the project....what they would do and why. Even down to what we could expect of the actual work crew. They showed up to do the job even sooner than they anticipated. The worksite was left incredibly clean.
Chance Kelley and Ean Wheeler arrived promply on time. They were very knowledgeable on the windows showing me examples of good quality and poor quality.. I have hired them to do new windows and gutters. I was very please with what was presented. thank you so much, very nice to have warranties backing up the product.

The 50 year GAF warranty is assuring. The installers were professional and thorough.
DaBella will most likely be pricier than other roofers but you get the top service, product and warranty. They were able to complete our entire house in one day.
Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.
Joel P did a wonderful job explaining the roofing system. Anxious to get the new roof.
The subcontractor was courteous and willing to go the extra mile.
