    We found Manny of Contractors of Phoenix through Angiâ s List/Home Advisor. We did a variety of projects both outside and inside of our home: exterior facia replacement, attic breather-hole sealing, patio support post & beam replacement, â beehiveâ fireplace & chimney removal, moving washer + dryer inside & laundry room cabinetry install, primary bathroom renovation (bathroom was an unexpected addition). We got a quote from Manny and construction was started the following week. All of the project listed above took ~1 monthâ an impressive timeline, if you ask me. Manny picked up my phone calls every time and responded to texts quickly. If we werenâ t present Manny would record videos of the progress to keep us informed. The strong communication was key to completing our project because we had a lot of changes throughout the process (and we are picky with a strong attention to detail). One major change to our project came when Manny identified a leak in our primary bathroom shower. We had to quickly add this to the projectâ we worked together to make the most of the bathroom layout while staying within our budget. The results were well worth itâ beautifully installed tile & shower glass, well placed shower heads & finishes! Whenever we had a concern Manny would listen, reassure us, and take action. Manny and his crew always showed up when he said they would. Manny and his crew were fun to have around, it was clear that they enjoyed their work, always singing and laughing, while completing our seemingly endless list of projects. We will be using Contractors of Phoenix for the next stage of our renovations in the coming years.

    Retained Manny and his crew to take over a restoration project from a slab leak that a restoration company failed to perform on. Manny and his crew did an awesome job. He made some excellent recommendations on what should be done to get the place prepped for sale. I was done being a landlord. His work and suggestions netted an offer after only being on the market 2 days. Will be using Contractors of Phoenix again on my next project........our cabin in Payson.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
