After the excellent job of testing for mold (which I had none) The Twin Home Experts also were able to re-foam my roof. I got excellent service and the roof looks great. I not only got videos for my records, they offered a 25 year warranty for the products. They may be a bit pricey but well worth the cost. Its true, you get what you pay for and so glad I found Jimmy and Manny (owners) who with their crew personally did the work and I am so happy. I will for sure give referrals out to anyone looking for a great company dealing with mold and roofing

Dalton was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. I liked that he called me himself from my Homeadvisor request, instead of having a secretary or assistant call to do the sales pitch and scheduling. He came well within the window he had given me and he called ahead of time with a firm ETA. He was scrupulous about wearing shoe coverings in our house - he had to put them on and take them off a few times as he went in & out - which is a sign of real thoughtfulness. When I asked about taking a sample in a third room Dalton said he didn't think it was necessary right now and explained why, instead of just doing it for the extra money. I would definitely use Twin Home Experts again.

Jim and manny were great and very professional. Tackled my mild issue job immediately and gave excellent service and made us feel important. They checked for mold but luckily found none. We did have previous problems with our roof from another company and after twin home experts accessed the problems we were advised of our options. No pressure -- just good recommendations. We haven't come to a conclusion yet but our choice of work being done will most likely be twin homes. I like their honesty and being in business 25-39 yrs speaks for itself.

Great on all counts

We were very pleased with the rapid response to our request for help. Dalton and James made quick work of diagnosis and treatment of a leaking waste pipe in a bathroom above our tenants's garage. They used modern technology to accurately locate the source of the leak, and then to treat the problem without our tenants' having to move during treatment. We appreciate that they use "green" substances and procedures to treat the results of the leak.

From the initial phone consultation Jimmy was very professional and informative. Dalton showed up on time for the inspection, which is very good for my busy schedule. Very informative as well. Great team to work with.

Dalton was great to work with. He spent the time to walk us through the service options and was honest with his assessment. I appreciated the work he did but more importantly the integrity he brought to the experience.
