Out of 4 companies I had interviewed regarding mold removal in my house, Jim from DryRight was the most honest and practical. He broke the entire job into parts that were essential, and parts that were less essential. Jim gave me a great price and I hired him. While investigating mold, Jim noticed other issues with the house, and recommended simple practical solutions. DryRight did a great job getting the mold extracted from the house. I felt that I could trust the guy (but of course I checked competition's prices first!! :)

Jim was very informative and explained the process and our options clearly. He was great at getting back to me and working with our schedule. Other companies wanted to demo our walls but Dryright was able to take care of our mold problem with no damage to our walls. Next time I know who to call!

Conscientous, knowledgeable and efficient. Jim was on time, started work immediately, kept me informed on progress of job and explained in detail how it would be completed. He took pictures and movies of onging work and emailed them to me immediately. I was concerned about the work being completed in one day due to fumigation in 2 days. He told me not to worry he would bring another worker to help and assured me it would be done on time. They started at 8:00 am and finished by 2:00 pm. No conflicts, no worries. I highly recommend Dry Right Restoration. The 3 man crew was very professional. Jim is very customer service oriented.
