I had an emergency issue. Staff at the office was very friendly and prompt. The problem was with Manny the plumber. He decided he did not want to come to the home he wanted pictures and then took another day to get me the quote which I urgently needed because my issue was so massive I was rendered homeless until it is fixed. I needed the info to see if my insurance could help with my hotel expenses.

Way over priced for service required ! Did not show up for appt. 4 hours late ! Would not hire again !!!

I hired Twin Home Experts to assist my elderly Aunt in getting a hand held shower attachment where the pipe from the wall didn't have threads to screw the coupler to. Manny went to her house for an estimate and it was done before I could call for the details. He said that the job was gratis as this was for health reasons, the company gives back to the community. I am tearing up writing this because having a kind person help when you don't expect it renews my faith in human kindness.

A guy came out look a look at the job said "Ooh I've never seen that before" my husband had to help him through what was happening he virtually no help said he would get back to us."

I could have bought and installed a new toilet for the price I paid for a simple valve replacement. And I 'sold out' by giving them a 5 star rating to get a $50 discount to bring my charges under $400.

Manny and his crew did a great job installing our water heater, water conditioning (Halo 5) and recirculating pump. All is now in place and working well. Manny will be the first person I call for our next project.

I had to repair and replace some gas piping. Manny came out, gave me a quote and started the next day. He and his crew knew what they were doing and they wouldn't leave the job until it was done correctly. I would highly recommend Manny and will use him the next time I have plumbing issues.
