We scheduled two different appointments. No one every showed up for either appointment and they did not call to tell me they were not coming. I made several phone calls. They made many profuse apologies. However, they still never showed up and they never called to tell me they were not coming. INEXCUSABLE.

I was so impressed with Twin Home Experts! We had a water line break in our bathroom and so glad Manny got the call to come to the house. Manny is a rare gem in the industry! The project took about 3 1/2 weeks and through the whole process, he explained things honestly and clearly, when he said they would be there, they were there. He did what he said he was going to do, and stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way. When I had doubts or didn't understand something, he was patient and walk thru the issue with me....always with the attitude that he wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with the work they were doing. For the work that was done, it was a seamless, easy process! I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

Professional and fast got it done in few hours on a Saturday. No BS as I have got from others. Manny worked with me on payment and made it happen. I had a serious leak costing me hundreds in extra water bills. It was important to get it done ASAP.
