Reviews
Write a ReviewOnly on the first step with Jimmy and Dawlton: air test, but was very impressed with their thoroughness. Didn't hesitate to crawl under my 100 year old home that many other companies scoff at doing. Took great photos of what was down! Very clear and thorough explanations and did not try to upsell me on things I don't need!
I stumbled upon this website and chose DryRight partly because of the high reviews...after working with them, I had to add my own! They were great! Dalton was very personable and professional. Made communication with the company very easy. Carlos was amazing. He did all the work by himself in 90+ weather and even did as much investigating to find the potential leak as he possibly could. Both were very protective of my 3 year old daughter and our own health throughout the process. Although I hope I never need to use their services again, I would definitely do so in a heartbeat! Highly recommend
They were super professional. Very clean and tidy. They removed the vanity and granite countertops with such a clean line that it was simple to restore to the original position. Mold abatement is ridiculously expensive in general, but I felt that they were fast, professional, and tidy. I had other companies submit bids and was highly disappointed in the scare tactics that they used to try and up sale me. Don't waste your time. Just call these guys.
Professional, knowledgeable, clean, organized, friendly! Would highly recommend!!
They were here the next day, covered floors, contained the area with zippered plastic cubicles, took photos inside wall, inspected and removed all drywall & flooring containing mold and a little beyond it, air scrubbed, hepa vac, anti microbal, fogged. Very careful and thorough. Well mannered, efficient. I think they did a super job.
very informative and friendly. made a house call on a Sunday which we really appreciated.
This is a business where company's will prey on your fears of "Toxic Mold". I had numerous quotes (from $600-$3,367) from what I believed to be reputable companies and they were not even in the ballpark as far as service, responsiveness and price. Jimmy and Dalton are honest, fair and their work is excellent. Their service guy even got on the roof with me and did a water test to see where the problem might have started. Above and beyond. Thanks.
I am extremely fortunate to have met Dalton from DryRight. He was extremely professional and not pushy at all like the multitude of other people who contacted me. Dalton has a calmness and confidence about him that made me feel very comfortable going with him. He immediately scheduled my appointment and was out at my residence within 12 hours of our initial conversation. He gave me an estimate for the job and even through in some extras. I highly recommend Dalton and DryRight.
Happy!!!
Very professional, gave clear explanation, gave a solid estimate. Another gave a range from $3,000 to $15,000! Gave bullshit reasons why it the estimate could not be more precise. Dry Right told me what had to be done for a exact price. No hidden cost or agenda! Work done timely.
