Chris Foster Heating & Air returned my call within the day. They came out the same day as the call and diagnosed my cooling problem. They provided several alternative solutions with the pros and cons of each. I decided on a new unit. The cost was competitive and affordable. I contacted them on a Friday and they did the installation on a Sunday. The unit is working fine and I now have air conditioning on the second level of my house. I would definitely highly recommend this company as the owner and the staff were professional, informative, and caring about my situation. They went over and above what I required and they more than met my expectations. It is my understanding that they also work on dryers and hot water heaters. I will definitely use them when I need servicing or installation of these items. I give them 5 stars simply because I can't give 10.
