Outstanding service!! I called up on a late Friday evening and left a message (after normal hours) if I could be worked in that weekend due to AC freezing up. Joe called back in 5 minutes and worked me in at 8:30 that Saturday morning at their standard rate ! Tech arrived a few minutes before appointment time that Saturday - no waiting! Joe was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose and repair the source of the slow Freon leakage that alluded 4 different AC repair companies over the last 5 years which required me to replace a pound or two of Freon every year. The other companies only would take off the normal service panels and never found the leak. Not Joe, he removed all the panels to make sure he could verify the precise source of the leak which he found and repaired (i.e. he showed me the source of the problem and proved it was leaking with his Freon detector) Their rate for N22 Freon was much better than any of the other AC repair companies that I used in the past (half the price of most of them) and the extra work of tearing down the whole unit was included in their standard service call - Wow ! Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this company - they are simply terrific!

Work was done well. Satisfied with work-done quickly and professionally. Couple small points: Tech was a couple hours late without calling, but this wasn't a big problem as this was a routine PM. Tech wasn't concerned about tracking debris into our home.

Quick, professional, complete service and the best possible price. I won't call anyone else. Chris came out himself, then had a technician come out. The entire repair began after 3 on a Friday, so I was expecting a hot weekend. The technician stayed until the repair (which looked simple but ended up fairly complicated) was done, well after hours on Friday night. Wonderful work and wonderful service.

I actually cancelled the repair request and bought a new unit. I had previously had an estimate of $8,200 from another company, so Chris's estimate of $4,750 was a stunner. I agreed, and my 20 year old AC and furnace combo was replaced the same day with new Lennox units. His crew was fast, accurate, pleasant, and worked into the evening hours to complete my work the same day. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I called Chis Foster Heating and Air on a hot Saturday when my central air was not cooling. The gentleman who showed up repaired the system in less than an hour. My air conditioner started cooling before he even left my house. I would recommend them.
