Guy showed up in a personal vehicle. Had to borrow my tools because they were not prepared. Charged me 125 bucks (originally said 175) to do a bunch of nothing.

I spoke with my technician that came to your home concerning your issue and your review. After speaking with him he came to your home cleaned your drain line and was draining the water from your emergency overflow pan. he stated that you offered to let him use a Shop-Vac to expedite the removal of the water from the pan. thank you for letting us use your vacuum but it was not necessary. if you feel that we owe you anything for the use of your vacuum we will be more than happy to refund you. that is why he dropped the price from 175 to 125. the vehicle he was driving is a very expensive four-wheel drive designed to take us and all terrains and

Chris called me immediately and stopped by the next day. It was very hot and I had guests arriving next day. Chris had all repairs completed in one day. Amazing customer service, answered immediately when texted or called. He will be my new HVAC go to.

Contacted Home Advisor about 10am on a Sunday for an issue with our air conditioner (it stopped working while out of town) & Chris called me back within 30 minutes to let me know he d be there in a couple of hours, which was great since we were concerned about getting someone there on Sunday. He came out to fix my air and had it back up and running in 30 minutes. Very reasonable price, fast & efficient service. I d recommend to anyone & definitely use Chris again!!

Chris called about 7:15 pm 7/1 and set appt for 9:15 am 7/2.Came about ll:00 am. Spent about 20 min. Replaced a valve and added coolant. Cost $225.00. No explanation for cost. labor, valve nor coolant. Did not correct problem. Called another on Sat 7/6, who phoned the problem in about 45 min. Cost $222.00 labor and travel.

I'm very sorry your problem was not corrected. I do wish you would have given me a call to give it a second look as there would have been absolutely no charge for and would have stayed with it till it was 100% correct for you.
