Thank you for your review. In response I would like to say the unit is in excess of 15 years old and refrigerant was added and the system worked great.I came back at no charge 2 days later to find the unit off and the breaker tripped. We both witnessed the loud popping and smoke when the unit was turned back on. I offered a 100% apply allowance of your previous service call for freon towards the purchase of a new system. My offer stands until you decide. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

Gave a 4 star because they were 3 hours late. We had to call them to find out where they were because we had a prior engagement that evening. They were suppose to be there around 3:15. A quick call or text from them letting us know they were held up at the job before us would have taken just a moment of time and kept us informed so we could rearrange our schedule. Other than that they came and quickly got to work and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very good price.
