Reviews
Write a ReviewJoe was very prompt and explained everything that he was doing. He was able to locate the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Also gave me some idea of cost on some up coming projects that I will be doing in my home.
Technician went above and beyond to make the repair right. Highly recommend
Fast and friendly with a very competitive rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed HVAC work.
I did not have the opportunity for a good discussion with the contractor on my options and implications when replacing our air conditioner and indoor coil units. It was done in a hurry.
Initial consultation, the technician was 4+ hours late! Had I not text him 2-3 times, I doubt he would have showed up. Day of repair, technician was 50 minutes late and took an hour and a half longer than quoted. Cost of project was over 50 dollars more than quoted. The replacement part works well... just disappointed that the technician did not honor the quote we agreed upon.
Initial consultation was on a Saturday in a torrential rain storm, quote to do the repair based on repair that could be seen, could not fully diagnose complete issue till first issue was corrected. Second issue was repaired at cost,no mark up, very old outdated furnace very difficult to find exact parts for bur we went the extra mile to make the repairs without reflecting the actual cost. Sorry we didn't perform to your satisfaction.
I ask for six inch ductwork I got four. Left some of the original duct work at brick work that has lots of lint build up
Manufacturers specifications call for 4" (dryer vent). It would be improperly installed and would not work correctly to install six inch (dryer vent). Also if six inch (dryer vent) is installed the likelihood of being able to slide dryer back and into place would be virtually impossible.
they were prompt and excellent service, will hire them again.
Technician was curtious and knowledgeable.
Good overall experience.
Great company and nice work in a timely manner.
