Good job, left some paints spills on concrete

We had many issues with this contractor. The contract was to remove nails,etc and patch holes. We had to point out, more than once, nails that were just left in the wall and entire walls where no holes were patched, but just painted over. Part of the contract was to prime one new wall before painting it, this was not done. In many places not enough paint was used, so they had to make two return trips to fix the walls. On the 2nd return trip no one ever showed up at the scheduled time. The crew finally came a few days later, but were almost an hour late. I would never use this contractor again.

The job is about 80% complete and I am very satisfied! They have gone above and beyond, doing extras that weren't necessarily in the original bid. I appreciate that the team is efficient and that the supervisor regularly checks in with me. My intent was to go with the low bid because we are painting for resale, so I tempered me expectations; but have was surprised and satisfied.
