Great crew.

Hired them because I needed it to look better than if I did it, was going to sell the townhouse, and they only sent one guy who took 3 days to do 3 small rooms and baseboard, he used my garage to spray 2 doors but didn't cover my tools so now I have splatter on everything. And I have lots of runs on the doors.

Abraham did a great job coordinating with his crew and us. Very smooth process, I will use them on my next project.

The sales rep was professional and communicative. He listened to my concerns and questions and responded promptly. My project was scheduled about 2-3 weeks out, but that may be normal for any exterior painting contractor, especially with the heavy rain a few days prior. Personally, I would rather have the project pushed because of the weather than to have them work through it. Obviously, it's not a good idea to paint in the rain. I was told that the foreman would call a few days before the week of the project to schedule a specific date/time to begin. I didn't receive a call when I expected to, so I just called them myself and spoke with them about the schedule. Other than that, the crew was professional, detail oriented, quiet, and clean. The final job turned out great. As for the cost, they were far more reasonable than some of the other quotes that I had received. I would definitely recommend them, but you may need to reach out to them to verify/confirm the initial start dates.

The communication from the very beginning was great. Their sales rep came out and surveyed the project and said that he would do all the calculations on his computer in his truck and let me know what the cost of the project would be in 20 minutes and he was true to his word. He was one of 4 contractors that I requested quotes from. Some of them got to me in a few days, one showed up late and when I told him when I needed it to be done, said he couldn't make the deadline and didn't even give me a quote. After choosing CertaPro Painters, their sales rep, Ramon, was always good about calling me back about anything I asked him for usually within the hour. When the job started, he came by to ensure that the job was being done according to what I wanted. I would recommend this company.
