By the time the work was done it was done right BUT they had to bring in a team to replace one which walked off the job after I told them their efforts were unprofessional. For the exterior they painted on the wrong trim color and had to redo it. For a job that should have taken 6-7 days to complete, they took 17 days and 19-22 different people to finally get the job done. Evidently they are spread thin with leadership, who are good when around, Then to find out I had to pay by check not credit card and write two checks. I can not recommend this company, lack of proper supervision caused to many problems.

This was a fabulous experience.. Matthew Dykes the Residential Sales Rep is both personable, reliable responsible and professional. He did a great assessment on our home, and hired really good guys to crew the immense job. Our home had not been painted in 15 yrs.. They powerwashed, stripped old paint, nails et.. Stuccoed all holes, and hand painted all the "craftsman" style bits and pieces. The crews were timely efficient, cleanly and professional. Never a curse word!! All business and hard labor.

Excellent work and professional job . Brian and Eric were like a master working team each sharing the work load with pride in there work. And made sure after everyday that I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend Cert-Pro team especially Brian's team for true professional job anytime. The work was so great inside that I had the exterior done also the following week.

Virtually every surface of our home needed to be painted and Juan and his team did a wonderful job. The CertPro team gave us a fair estimate, operated around our ever-changing schedule, and did a wonderful job painting our ceilings, trim, walls, and baseboards.

The work was excellent, the only small issue was a scheduling glitch with our power-washing. We were away and returned by the scheduled time but it had already been done.

I was more than pleased with the work I had done. They did a great job.

I had previously read sub-contractors do the paint work, I found this to be true , our painter worked very hard and did r touch up as I had noted, I do have concerns about painting trim while it was snowing, will have to see if there may be a issue , the daily clean up wasn't as expected , the yard was cluttered due to moving items away from house, this is second paint for this 36 year old house, can't expect perfection, it does look a lot better, can't give a 5 star ratting due to numerous issues which could have been done better, I was a Quality control inspector both in commercial electronics and aerospace from 1965 to 1990, I look at everything for the best quality I can get , which makes me somewhat more particular than the average person , I find fault in almost everything if it isn't done correctly, I retired from commercial repairs and maintenance
