I think the crew did a great job. There was a slight language problem, and some mix-up that resulted in extra work. The Mexican crew was left to decifer the contract with only a limited amount of English competency (one worker did speak English). The quality of the work is excellent. The professionalism was good. And the cost was even less than what I paid 8-10 years ago. The timeliness was appreciated. The masking of protected areas was done very well. So I am very pleased and would recommend them highly.

The entire process of estimate, contract and completion of the work was as described and delivered without hassle. Certa-Pro did what they said they were going to do, and did it when they agreed to. Very pleased overall with the service, value and their interest in the customer's satisfaction. Would recommend them to others without hesitation.

CertaPro did a great and thorough job. The only minor problem was that I wished they had scraped the old paint off a little better, but otherwise, they did a great job.

I had them do the ext. painting on the house, windows, doors. One sugguestion would be to have more than just one experienced painter out of four. I didn't like having what seemed like summer time employees with little to no experience working on my house. Another suggestion I have is when a group is assigned to the house they only work on that house until their done. They would only come for a few hours a day so it dragged out the number of days it took to complete the job. I would like to talk to a person when I call not voicemail. Overall the job turned out fine.

Job is still not done. Actual painting of house was good, cleanup (paint marks) and finishing was not good and left up to me to point anything out. Deck staining has been terrible. Not only was the color way off, the stain job had bare spots and terribly uneven. Looked like amateurs or first time painters were in charge of staining the deck.
