The estimator was very professional and helpful. Painter was also professional and work was performed efficiently and it looks fantastic.

They sub contracted this job, I would have liked to have been informed at the time of the estimate that they were not going to do the job themselves. They didn't clean up after themselves the first day. They (people actually doing the work) were very unorganized and I never knew when they were coming. I also did not know that I was supposed to micro manage their work. I pointed out a couple things that they fixed right away, but after they were gone and looking at the room in a brighter light, I could see many many flaws. Poor coverage, a part of molding under the banister and the bottom of a shelf that they didn't even paint. The owner came a gave me a punch list of the problems but with two options: 1 - they would fix for free 2- at charge of $150.00 more. Whatever happened to doing the job correctly the first time? It's all done now, I wasn't paying any more money and I can live with the way it looks, but shouldn't I LOVE the way it looks after home improvement?

The estimator was very punctual and set our expectations on the costs and timeframe to complete it. We had followup by their painting consultant on the color choice and the paint crew contacted the week we were told they would be there. It was a 2 day job and the crew was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. It was a 3-man crew and they got everything done on time, showed up when they were supposed to, and cleaned up everything after they were done on each day. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters in the Columbus area.

The CertaPro team did excellent work and I will use them again, for sure. Attention to Detail seems to be their Motto!! A good 2 coats applied to my 3 bedroom, 2 stairs, Linen, Pantry, Coat, Laundry Rm., Kitchen, & under the stairs lower level storage/closet. Wonderful 3 coats to my exterior front door as well as the retracting exterior garage door. Just wonderful work which will help sell this much-loved condo FAST.

I have hired certa pro for big indoor painting projects (either entire home or most of the home) for three houses in two states and I have nothing but good things to write. The entire process from initial phone call, to estimate to final walk through is first class. The painters were professional and punctual, the job took no more than the estimated time and the workmanship was fantastic (all three times). Most recently they painted my entire interior (excluding ceilings). There were a number of hole patches etc (eg we removed a large wall-mounted TV) that I was sure would show a bit after painting, it didn't and they were even so kind as to help me take the TV off the wall ( and by help I meant they did it because it was to heavy for me). At the close of the job I walked through with them and they cleaned up nicely every day. The other aspect I like about certa pro is the fact a color consultant helps you select colors, she did a great job guiding me and helped me think about the house as a whole, lighting etc.. As for price, I think they are very fair and occasionally they even run specials.

They were very easy to work with, fast scheduling, on time arrival, and finished the job quick!

I was surprised to learn that CertaPro Painters did gutters. They did a great job.

Very responsive throughout the process. Excellent job and clean-up. Scheduled job quickly and followed up in timely fashion.

The stucco repair company that was suggested I use did not do a good job.
