I had a tight schedule. CertaPro understood that and made sure they accommodated me. I was really impressed with the quality of the paint job. Better than what I expected. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Kevin to set up my quote. I did get quotes from other companies and they were the most reasonable. Was able to get all my walls painted and a few things patched. Juan was my painter crew and they did a great job and advised me if I had an touch ups after I moved in they would come out to do them. I had no issues with them. Great job!

Owner was very knowledgeable ablout what color helps sell houses currently on the market. Made good suggestions about paint color and coordinating flooring.

Pricing was competitive, service was good and we are well pleased with the finished product.

Miss communication about the finally balance, I assumed I would be billed for additional service, not e-mailed. I do not look at my e-mail everyday, maybe twice a month.

Painters missed a small bit of the job, but through their follow-up phone call to me (before I called them about it) they offered to come make it right, and they did so to my satisfaction. Very great guys that did the job neatly and courteously.

Dan came to estimate shortly after I submitted an inquiry. He did not try to upsell; rather gave tips on ways to save money on the project. Certa Pro was able to provide a great quality carpenter to replace rotten wood trim, and was responsive to changes we made along the way (my husband decided to ask for additional wood repairs). The painting crew was very nice, did great work, cleaned up each visit, and were accommodating when our roofers joined the work crew and they had to work around each other. Patrick was amazing in communicating with me, particularly around the complexities with the roofers needing access. I wish we hadn't tried to time the jobs so closely, but I never heard one complaint from the painters...they were awesome, and we would hire them again in an instant! We have friends who used Certa Pro in Columbus, and they rave about them too!

Waiting on them to get my lawn spicket fixed that their power washer person broke which is costing me money from the water leaking but yet they still want the rest on their money. When job is finished was the contract. Job is not finished.
