Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They called in more people when needed to make sure the job was done in our short time frame. They offered additional services when appropriate and told us to call if we saw anything that needed touched up and they would come back once to fix it for free. So far it all looks wonderful. We are thoroughly enjoying their work.

Tyler of CertaPro looked around the exterior of house & wrote an estimate. Decided to try a different color & CertaPro had a color consultant "Mary" & she came out & advised me. CertaPro powerwashed, carpenter came out to replace some wood, & then painters came out. Mid-Aug was my date, but work completed first week of Sept., not a problem w/me. CertaPro had a loan offer pay off in a year no interest. Everyone from CertaPro was very friendly & professional. Great job. I would highly recommend them & would definately use them again. Thanks for the great service.

Very nice crew who provided great customer service. The only problems I have are that around the borders of some rooms, the old pain is still coming through the new paint and I'm going to have to apply more coats of paint myself. In addition, the painters got some colored paint on my bathroom ceiling and I think I'll now have to paint my bathroom ceiling as well.
