Had a little hiccup in the beginning getting a quote. I was then assigned to someone else and all turned out well.

Dan looked for ways to save us money, rather than up sell, during the quoting process. Patrick did a tremendous job coordinating with our roofers, who were coming along behind the painters. We were trying to help out with this timing, but it ended up getting complicated and we felt really bad, as it inconvenienced the painters. But they never complained, were so nice, and did a great job. The paint crew was very nice and cleaned up completely after their work. Would definitely hire them again, and can confidently recommend them!

Overall they did a decent job. I don't hire a lot of contractors, but when I do, they never seem to "do as good a job as I would do" and that was the case with CertaPro. I hired them to paint our house. The contract said they would remove the downspouts to paint them, which they did not do. The painter said it's too time consuming and not cost effective. I did not care one way or another, but if you don't plan to do it, why put it in the contract. They left paint chips on the front porch and all around the house and did a poor job with patching and painting the porch ceiling. The estimate process was a little difficult. They only wanted to meet me between 9:00 and 2:00. That would have meant taking time off work. Seems like a service company would arrange for evening or weekend times to meet people. Again, overall, they did ok...and I do recommend them. I got 2 estimates from 2 other companies and working with those 2 companies was a worse experience than CertaPro. Just to set your expectations too high.

Professional and very personable. Great pride in their work

I had CertaPro painters come out and paint the interior of my home. My home is about 1,500 SQFT with high ceilings. Kevin the sales consultant I dealt with was honest, very personable and responsive. He pointed out things they would do as part of the job that I didn't even know about. The price was fair and the paint was high quality. Sarah from the front office is very friendly and nice. There were no mix ups or confusions with colors or the job that needed to be done. The paint crew was nice and worked hard. Paint job was done on time. The only reason I took a star off was because after they left we noticed two rooms had multiple spots that needed an additional layer of paint and there was a bit of confusion and hassle with getting them to come back out, but they did.

The estimator was excellent, financing was available, color consultation was helpful, scheduling was easy, the painting looks great. Two minor concerns were that the crew ran out of one paint and a fourth day was necessary to finish.
