They are not good at all. the man talks a big storm he is going to do this and that but he did not do anything at all. The spots i wanted cleaned are still dirty. Very lazy man that came out to my house.

With all due respect to Miss Connie, her problem was not an issue that my company had anything to do with. Apparently, when her tile floor was first installed, the installers painted the grout lines. This painted coating unfortunately is now peeling away. My company is now attempting to assist Miss Connie with this issue. Update: 10/14/2020 - After several weeks of looking into correcting this problem, purchasing at no cost to this customer a product that could correct this issue, and 2 more visits to this customers home with demonstrating what this fix could look like, Ms. Connie decided that she was no longer interested in my services. Very confused! I tried.

This is the first cleaner that sprayed the carpet first and if it didn't work they sprayed it again. they were very efficient, quick and professional.

I did not hire carpet doctors only because the insurance company provided the service i needed. I did not know they would do that which is why I reached out to home adviser. Mr Haley from carpet doctors reached out to me more than once to make sure my needs were met

I absolutely loved the final product! They brought my couches back to life as if the had just arrived from the furniture store. The price was a little high for me but overall it was all well worth it.
