I hired the to pump out water from my basement. Two young gentlemen showed up after lunch smelling like pot and not really professional. They were not able to suck up much water at a time. They had to keep leaving to empty their truck. I was not informed when I hired that they only take bank checks or cash. It worked out. The owner is s good guy. But it is what it is.

With all due respect to this customer, these two men, my employees, had worked all morning cleaning carpets ( recovery tank was full ) and just before this emergency call came in they were working on a fire smoke/damage restoration job, hence the odor of smoke - not pot! My men are randomly drug tested. Positive test - fired on the spot !

Dave was great to work with. He responded right away and I had an appt for carpet repair within a week. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Will be calling Dave again if need arises.

Dave arrived as scheduled and performed the work by himself. He was personable and contentious. When he completed his work our wrinkled carpets weren't wrinkled anymore. He did a great job and we were quite pleased with the results.
