Regular carpet cleaning was excellent. Pet urine treatment was not as effective as advertised.

they did not & scrub soiled areas in my area rugs...a light spray to rug then vac...looked somewhat better, but not clean as expected...i hand scrubbed spots clean.. sorry to give a poor score.

Not a small machine but an industrial cleaner that is contained in a van. My carpet of 16 years looks new again, after being stretched and cleaned. No more smells.

The team was very professional and showed us before and after cleaning. I couldn't believe the difference. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. Animals and children are pretty tough on everything. As the guys worked they were very social and familiar with very many topics and the discussions didn't interrupt their work pace at all. Your turn around time from when I submitted the request and your response was less than an hour. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Your fees are very affordable and carpets dry quickly. Also, my daughter was concerned about any chemical odors because she has a bearded dragon. Absolutely no issues because no chemicals are used, just detergent. Thank you so much for cleaning our carpets.

I was never given a price/estimate for the job(cleaning up wet basement after a huge storm) despite many requests from me to do so. They did not give me a price until after the job was done and it was way way overpriced for what they did. (They wanted to charge me $72.00 + just for going through Home Advisor!!!) They charged me $35.00/day per fan to dry the floor. Had I known that I would have used my own fans!!. They expected me to clean up my basement after the job. Beware of this company!!! They are a total rip-off!!

For both the day of estimate and day of cleaning, I asked to be called before arrival. They did not. On the day of the estimate, I was promised one flat amount. When I asked if there would be any hidden or additional fees, I was told no. When they arrived on the day of the cleaning, I was told there would be an additional fee of $30+ for Home Advisor. When I told them to forget it, they said they would waive it. The cleaning was very quick and although both technicians kept telling me I would be pleased, I was not. There were still stains and odors. They threw in a cleaning of my recliner, and it looked no different afterwards. I feel like I threw that money in the garbage. I would not choose carpet doctor again. I was hoping I would get a personal phone call after but did not. This is my opportunity to vent my displeasure.
