I was called promptly by the owner, and his workers were at my house within 2 hours. They were neat, polite, and kept busy to get the job done in a couple of hours. What a great relief! Thanks very much for a job well done.

Was unable to complete my scheduled move out inspection due to CD not showing up until 426 and then the job took them less than 30 mins and no receipt was able to be provided in a timely manner for my proof that I had, had the carpets cleaned....phone calls were to the owner or manager(whoever) were unanswered and when calls were returned I felt blown off and rushed off of the telephone. I will definitely not reccomend to any other military personnel here at Fort drum
