Great price, did great work but we were supposed to have the dog odor removed from the carpets and it was not done that is the reason for the lower rating. Update: Dave called me immediately to help fix the issue in a very timely manner, I was very happy with the results so i updated the stars to 5. Highly recommend this company.

Prompt in responding, Called me set a time and day. Called 1 hour before to confirm appointment for today. Gave me an estimate after looking at the job. We agreed on the price and he started and completed the job. Very professional and neat.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. The owner called and did a free estimate over the phone with pictures I sent him. He gave me a low and high price point for the project, which was already a little high, but I needed it done so I agreed. The guy was about two hours late, he didn't have all of the product that he needed (which somehow was my fault), he used inappropriate language, and one of the two seems he put together is already falling apart. After he was done, he handed me a bill for $50 more then I had agreed to with the estimate. Mind you, he was here for 90 mins and charged me $350 (and I provided the carpet and pad). I asked to speak to his boss, who made up some silly reason why I charged more (Home Advisor fees). Afterward, I tried to contact the boss again about the price difference and my concerns and he has not responded or called me back. I would not recommend the Carpet Doctor to anyone, nor will I use Home Advisor again.
Every time this customer made a call to my company, I spoke with him directly. And when I spoke with this customer I gave him an estimate, an estimate is an approximate cost for the requested job. This customer did send me pictures however, he gave me the wrong dimensions for his doorways. That is the only reason that he was up charged an additional $25. He has never contacted my office with regard to a seam separation problem. The only contact that he made with me via a text was requesting his $25 back.
