they wouldn't quote the job until they had finished the job and because it was a small area in he middle of the living room and hall way they had a minimum charge of 175.00 plus tax. I was furious. then the next day the spots were back and I called 3 times with no call back till the end of day. they had all kinds of excuses. they set up a time the next Monday and never showed. and now they are coming the next Monday to finish the job they started. terrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel I am owed a refund.

I, David Haley, the owner of this company respectfully disagree with just about every issue in this review. Mary P. never requested any pricing when this job was initially scheduled. If Mary P. would have at any time requested the cost of the service I would have happily afforded her that information. Mary P. did attempt to contact my office the following day of the service and when I contacted her later that day she was told by me that I was out of town with a personal family matter. We completed a full re-service of this job, unfortunately, the spots on her carpet turned out to be permanent stains.
