Daniel Parks Roofing was bar none the easiest, most satisfying experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. He was totally efficient, put in a bid well below all others we sought out, was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with. He finished well ahead of schedule and the work looks great! I can't recommend him enough.

He did call me promptly after going through you to find him, but it turned out that I did not need him as a diver found and retrieved the missing gutters from the river where they had blown into during a thunderstorm.

Daniel Parks in fact replaced the roof on my house 7 years ago. While he did not repair the metal edging problem that I called about, he did say my roof needed recoating. I hired him to do the recoating, which he did on the spot.

They repaired the asphalt roof on my DC home, which was letting in enough water after a night of rain to fairly soak my basement carpet. They were prompt in responding. They were professional - told me what might be the causes, made recommendations for areas of concern, and wrote up a free estimate. They showed up on time and finished in about 3 hours. The work took place 2.5 months ago. We have had a significant amount of rain and snow since then, and still no leaks. Also, they guarantee their work for one year, but make sure they write on the contract. - satisfied customer (1/16/2010)
