Daniel Parks were prompt, clear and of reasonable cost. I ended up replacing the whole roof and the company representative was absolutely great. He explained what was wrong, what hadn't been done correctly last time the roof was replaced and how they would fix it. The project was done one week after the estimate, and the work was great. The company was very understanding when I inadvertently wrote the deposit check incorrectly, and did not delay starting the work even though I had to get them a new check.

Mr. Parks did a good job and kept me informed. The reason for the low number of stars is because I believe I might have been able to get the work done cheaper. Mr. Parks offerred me a discount if I could commit to performing the work within two days of his providing the estimate.

I liked dealing with a family owned company. Daniel Parks Jr. came in good time and gave a thorough estimate. When Daniel Park Sr. came to sign the contract, he gave me an excellent price on a complete tuneup of the slate roof, as opposed to repair of the specific damage. The work was completed as promised and the result was excellent. I would definitely recommend Danial Parks and will use them for future roof and gutter work

Daniel Parks Roofing seemed knowledgeable, has a long period of having worked on slate roofs. The work was done promptly, on schedule, clean-up was good. I was given a 1-year written warranty. I only want exerts waling on or working on my slate roof. So far (only about a week) job seems OK. I will be able to judge better after some heavy weather and some snow and ice. At present I recommend them.
