Mr. Parks was extremely easy to work with. He took his time explaining what needed to be done on my slate roof. He kept me informed about scheduling the work. When it rained and could not make it on the assigned date he made sure to let me know when he would be coming. Mr. Parks sent photos of the roof prior to the work and the roof, after the work was completed. He noted that if there were a problem, after the next heavy rain, he would come to remedy the situation. There was no need for that, since the heavy rain proved that there was no leak. i am extremely pleased.

Prompt and responsive. Very clear in explaining options (to repair or replace gutters) and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again, and plan to call soon for an assessment of my roof and potential repair needed.

We found Daniel Parks through this website and the work his company performed was thorough, of good value, and timely. The worksite (our home) was thoroughly cleaned after the install of over 200 slate tiles and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this company and will certainly return to them in future years for further business.
