Daniel parks Jr came to provide estimate on the same day I called. Arrived on time and listened to my problem of having rain water and condensation from my air conditioner located on roof flow over the gutter onto my deck. He recommended that I get a larger gutter and have it installed closer and higher to my roof line in the back. The price quoted seemed high but he offered a discount since I found his service thru home advisor. I agreed and he followed up with a written estimate, which was nice. There was also a one year guarantee. He called when his crew was on their way and he followed up with a quality check on the work performed. His crew completed the removal and installation in a quick and efficient manner. The same afternoon there was a thunderstorm and there was a marked improvement on the flow of the rain water through the newly installed gutter. I am pleased with the service and have discussed another problem on some loose slates on my roof.

I was surprised but pleased the owner came to see what needed to be done. He explained everything they needed to be done in layman's terms so I understood fully what to expect. They fixed/replaced the front porch roof and gutters. Everything was done as promised in a such timely fashion that I am still amazed . The work that was done, the workers and the clean up was excellent . They did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Was priced a little higher than others, but the quality of repair and service was worth it. The project was asphalt shingle roof repair, sealing around the chimney, replacing of registers that had blown completely off of the house and new gutters. Mr. Parks took the time to explain everything and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Customer service was excellent. Took the time to explain what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. Also explained the warranty and services that would be guaranteed if needed. Will give further review after a good rain.

THEY ARE FAST IN GETTING STARTED AND FINSIHING ON TIME NO MATTER IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS

Had several on the list come out and look at the roof and submit bids for the work. Weighed my options and did my homework with better business bureau. Called and hired one paid half up front. Didn't like the fact that the company didn't call me the night before to let me know that he was sending a crew to do the work and he wasn't coming. So I didn't have the cashier check ready, because it was late on a Saturday. Bad customer service and that's bad for business.

They are very responsive and get the job done quickly. They are good at matching colors as well.
