Made a $6000.00 mistake. I was advised by Mr. Parks to do a "roof tune" up. He did not advise a roof replacement because it would cost over $30000.00. He offered a $7400.00 tune up but would discount it to $6200.00 if I accepted a contract and down payment that day. The job is terrible! He replaced, some, not all broken shingles with a shingle that does not match. He did not advise me to replace the whole roof that would give a better aesthetic to the property. The repairs as so obvious, a landscaper ask why did the roofer not match the repairs to the existing roof shingle. I can only image what my neighbors think! I appears Mr. Parks is in the business of ripping off his customers and not providing quality work that is obvious to all for such an inconspicuous job. Now I will have to spend a great amount of addition money to have the whole roof replace. Don't use him!

The job included repairing our existing gutters, sealing our roof, stopping water leakage and fixing the chimney. The service was outstanding. Emails were replied immediately and the professionalism was amazing. We shopped around and acquired various estimates. Daniel Parks by far had the best price and the best service. I wouldn't use anyone else. We are extremely satisfied with their service. Well done!

Technician/Roofer, Tom responded to my call immediately. Arranged to meet me at the home and took pictures with his phone of the problem. He knew the cause and how to fix it. They gave me a warranty for a year. Once hired, they came out and got the job done within 2 days. Thank you!

Mr. Parks met with me to examine the water damage to the roof the same day I placed my request. We walked around the house. He explained the issues in detal and how to solve them. His contract covered all the points we discussed. He said he'd be able to do the work on Thursday (Oct. 8th). That has happened. The work has been completed as described. No changes in the agreed price. He'll follow up with me to make sure I'm still satisfied with the job. Very professional. Excellent work. I would hire this company again, and would recommend them to others.
