And Aiden J. Nick and Aiden arrived around 8:30 am and worked nonstop all day. They finished the construction and shower installation by 4:00pm. "The quality of the work was excellent but there are a few things that were very aggravating. Work was often done without notification and when we were not on site, this caused various problems. Example - a new window had to be cut in an existing bedroom. This was done while we were away and without notification. We returned to a major 2 day cleanup of the clothes in the closet and the floor. This project then went unfinished for weeks which meant no one could sleep in that room. Another issue was a change in the project manager so some things were not done as requested and had to be re-done. However, despite this and the long delays due to lack of a manager, we are still very pleased with the overall project, the company's honesty, and the quality of the work. We would hire them again."

"I'm at the beginning of getting replacement windows for my home. I went to google to ask for window companies in my area. Someone responded right away and set up an appointment for me. Mike Cary, sales rep, came right on time and answered the questions I had. I wasn't rushed at all and he explained the procedure from start to finish. Some came on the line and set up appt for final measurements needed. Dennis, called and let me know he was coming to do the measurements. He was respectful of my home and was also right on time. Kathy Falasca, called to check bases on my HOA concerning Licensing and Insurance info. She was helpful and polite. Even though we've got a long ways to go before my windows will arrive (through no fault of the company) I am, so far very pleased with Morgan Exteriors Inc."
