Daniel Parks service was awesome. Daniel came to my house, reviewed the work to be done,; after he surveyed the roof, he walked around outside with me so that I could see exactly what he saw and to define my expectations; and he then gave me a free estimate. To be sure, all of the estimates were very close in numbers but Daniel's attention and customer service put him over the top of the others I met with. The roof work was completed in 1 day as he indicated and the wood trim was completed the next day and so far everything looks great and works the way it should. Daniel Parks replaced gutters and downspouts; replaced all rotting wood around the chimney and the rest of the roof. All trim was painted to meet homeowners' associations' specs. Yes I would call Daniel Parks again for work on my house.

very professional, very courteous, and did a great job at a great price. I got several estimates and others wanted significantly more money for the same rood as Mr. Parks provided. Did the job in one day with 3 years of service included.

Excellent work all around. The prep was comprehensive including nearly invisible stucco repair. They were done in just a few days and worked around my schedule. The whole crew along with Danial were great. This was a much better experience than I expected due to Danial's focus on the customer.

Dan Jr is knowledge and didn't high pressure us. They repaired more than was quoted and charged the same as the quote. Very nice guy to work with.

Dan did not fix my roof leak ...he doesn't return text ...He hasn't kept in touch to advise me of anything ..after I asked him to call me more than once ...His one year warranty mean absolutely nothing ...
Response from Company:
We went out and surveyed the issue at the customers home. After testing it with a water hose we found (with the tenant present) that there was no active leak, just water running over the edge. However if there are any issues with the work in future we stand by our warranty and will help as best can.
