Moses from C and E Appliance Service Repair was God sent. I called him on the phone and told him what my problem was.. He was at my house within 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem. After getting the part needed for the job , replacing my toilets flappers my problem was solved. Moses was honest, and attentive while providing me with excellent service. The price for repairs was quite reasonable. I will highly recommend Moses and his company for dependable service, and making sure you are completely satisfied with the job.

Moses has ruined it for anyone else to come to my house because I will never want anyone but him from now on! He is so good at what he does and I felt totally comfortable in his expertise and professionalism. He is so smart on all the appliances and there’s nothing he can’t fix. He’s honest in what he’s gonna do and will tell you if it’s worth fixing or replacing. You won’t waste your money on his guidance. The last technician I had out about 4 years ago did a terrible job and I saw where he had bent some coils that Moses straightened out and Moses spent a lot of time taking my freezer apart to get to a hard to reach area to replace an evap motor and temp sensor and a thermistor sensor. He took no shortcuts and my fridge works like brand new. If he’s busy wait till he can work you in! You get what you pay for and he’s top notch for my money!!!!

There was a step by step trouble shooting order to diagnose the issue. Fortunately no major issue was found. If there is a further issue then the travel is covered to take the next step and replace the control board but for now it appears to have been a hiccup in the system.

Responded within the hour. Was there the next day. Moses explained everything so I could understand it. Very polite and answered all my questions. Will hire again if needed. .
