"Eric showed up on time and was professional. I just bought a 7 year old house and I wanted him to check the A/C system. He spent time checking completely the inside and outside unit. He explained to me that the unit was working the best that it could. I could put in an expansion value, but the valve would not extend the life of the unit. He said the unit would last about a year, and we discussed a new unit and cost. He did not pressure me at all and he made sure my unit was working as well as possible. I was impressed with his honesty and the complete inspection of my unit and only charged me for a service call."
