Moses is a great worker! Haven't seen someone hustle as much as he did in a long time. He's old school! He takes pride in his work and his knowledge of the bands and models he supports. He went beyond my expectations jumping through hoops to get my GE refrigerator back up and running. When the part needed to complete the job was on back order, he got the appliance up and running temporarily while he sourced the needed part. He contacted me earlier than I expected that he had the part and could install it and complete the job that day. He was proactive and his communication and knowledge was excellent. I would highly recommend Moses to anyone who needed his services and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He saved me a lot of money by not having to purchase and wait for the delivery of a new refrigerator. Thank You!

I have a 15+ year old upright freezer that intermittently falsely sounded the door ajar alarm and showed evidence of the door seal starting to fail. Moses quickly diagnosed the problem and was back the following day with the parts needed, The day following the repair I did have some concern that the new door seal had not seated properly. Moses came back out, no questions asked, no additional charge, to ensure the seal was well seated.

I had an electrical problem with my GE fridge. Initially, there was a power outage due to a thunderstorm. Once the power was turned back on, it was like either the power surge or a lightning strike fried the control panel. The fridge stopped thermo-regulating. Things were freezing in the fridge drawers and things were melting in the freezer. The compressor started to rev and made a bunch of loud noises and when it finally stopped, a strange chemical-like smell became so overpowering to the point that I was concerned with a potential Freon leak due to its high toxicity. I contacted C&E through Angi´s list. Moses contacted me and came out to assess the situation. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I had to wait one day for a replacement part to arrive. Moses returned the following morning to finish the repair. He made sure things were in good working order and double checked the fridge and freezer for leaks and proper temperature control. He also explained how to address future maintenance and prevention. I would highly recommend C&E Appliance for all of your appliance repair or install needs. My experience with this company was top notch and I will definitely be using their services in the future.

We had an LG refrigerator stop cooling and contacted C&E for a service call. They came the next day, did some diagnostics and determined the compressor had failed. The repairman then proceeded to explain that there had been a class action lawsuit settled on LG compressors and our model was covered under the settlement. He then pointed us to the specific website to file our claim and the refrigerator was repaired by LG free of charge the day after we filed the claim. Thatâ s customer service that will have me call this company again the next time I need something repaired.
