"I’ve used JM Paving twice now and would do so again in a heartbeat. Their crew is as hard working as I’ve ever seen, moving a retaining wall back a couple feet for me which was no easy manner. I just had them come back for a second job to pour concrete and they had it done in two days, including suggesting some add ons that I didn’t even think of asking for (like adding a small pad for my trash cans since they already had the concrete truck out). "ACEncio is a great company to do business with. From the moment I talked to Reynaldo he took the time to answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable with me hiring him to do the job. He did â notâ pressure me - he let me ask questions and think about it - he was flexible and explained the process he would take to expand my patio. He arrived on time, he went the extra mile to lay plywood to help protect my yard by minimizing any damage from his equipment. He was well organized and went straight to work - he let me know when the concrete was due to arrive and he was ready to pour and spread the concrete when it did arrive. He was going to haul away the excess dirt and grass he removed in preparation for the patio expansion but I mentioned I had a low area at the edge of my yard that collects water when it rains and he filled in that area with the excess dirt and grass. He took his time to spread and smooth out the new patioâ s concrete to make sure it was perfect - he did a better smoothing out the new patioâ s concrete than the builder did with the â originalâ patio. He cleaned up the yard afterwards and told me to call him if I had any questions about the concrete curing or any issues - I do not expect any issues as he did a professional job. After meeting him and seeing his work - all the reviews I read about how great he was were 100% correct - I would hire him again if I ever need any concrete work done - definitely recommend him."

"Current update as of 12/2/2022 .... Three of Dry Pros Representatives came to my home to fully analyze the problem of the French Drain and the damage it caused. All were very cordial, apologetic and wanted to correct the problems. We were all in full agreement on the necessary action that needed to be taken in a timely manner. The three Dry Pro Representatives said Dry Pro strives to maintain satisfied customers. Poor quality service in putting a French drain across the front of my home brick wall. They used solid pipe that was not perforated, and it has caused rain to saturate my soil and build up underneath, causing damage to the driveway, brick wall, and joists. It demonstrates that no testing was performed when it was completed, and there was no follow-up for about six weeks afterwards. Update 1-4-2023----I would like to update the project with Dry Pro, they have fully completed the job by replacing without charge a new French Drain. They gave me the cost of the driveway, I was forced to put in June of 2021. The customer representative was very cordial to me as a customer, he understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it without any questions they exercise great quality service and reputable name for Dry Pro. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work!"
