My 2 1/2 yr old Electrolux Frig blew 2 control boards & after calling 5 Appliance Service firms, I left phonemails and had 0 replies. I found HomeAdvisor on-line and provided info on my problem. Within 30 min, I received a call from Moses who listened and assured me Gary, one his Techs' would call me that evening,.. he did & arrived on time the next day (even called 30 min before he showed up). Knowledgeable and capable. Moses also called Electrolux on my behalf to explain issue & parts that were not in warranty, his involvement helped me get 50% off price for the parts. Excellent service!!!!

I called on Thursday afternoon to report my dryer wasn't working. They were at my door next morning, and quickly determined the belt was busted. They ordered a new one for my OLD dryer; it arrived Monday afternoon; they were on my doorstep Tuesday morning; installed belt and I was up and running! Thanks, guys!!

I'm not one to normally write reviews but Moses was the best. We had a problem with both our washer and dryer, Moses came out the next day and we were back up and running in about an hour. Not only was Moses courteous and knowledgeble, but he took the extra time to show me something I could do to help maintain my garbage disposal - and he was there to fix the washer and dryer. I would use C&E, specifically Moses, again and again.
