Split master bedroom into two rooms - great work all around. Matched existing furnishings. Very communicative ahead of and during the construction project. This was a referral I got from a friend and will continue to spread the good work of CJ Properties.

I've know the owner for years so when I needed my bathroom done, they were my only call. The owner and his son have OCD like me so I knew that it was going to be done right and look amazing. They are very fair and honest and kept me up to date on the entire process. The bathroom turned out great, they were very fair and efficient, and cleaned up the construction mess daily. They will be my only call for future construction needs. Thank you guys! I greatly appreciate it.

We hired CJ Property Development to install a new shower surround in the new vanity. They installed the shower which was ok, but when they installed the drain for the shower, they did not install it properly. A few weeks after the job was done, the drain leaked so bad that the water was flowing out from under the shower stall. I called CJ a total of three times because that is how many times they sent Frank to fix the drain, but he never did. It ruined my baseboards and drywall. They kept blaming us for the shower leaking. I am not sure how they came to that conclusion, but I guess they would blame someone else because of their mistakes horrible work. After the third time that Frank came back, he would tell us he was waiting for a plumber to call him back to have him come to look at the drain. You guessed it. CJ Properties quit returning our calls. We had to hire a plumber to fix the horrible work. Please do not ever hire this company, they are horrible. They are not worth it. The only thing you will have is headaches.

Met all of their commitments even in bad weather. They professional and effective in addressing an odd and unique fencing add-on issue.

Hire this company! Excellent service. Works with you. Clean up after work each day. I am hiring again in fall, 2019 for painting more rooms, flooring for living room and dining room. You can call if you need further comments.
