"The contractor, Sean Hunter, is very friendly and a hard worker. He let me know what needed to be done and why, and he gave me a reasonable estimate. My two decks were badly in need of cleaning and staining and even needed minor repairs for nails sticking up out of the wood. Sean completed the power washing one day, and then he came back and finished the entire staining on another day. He seems to really care about doing a good job and he is a good communicator. They did a removal of a drop ceiling, repaired original ceiling with drywall, installed recessed lighting as well as a new modern light above sink, painted the kitchen, installed new cabinets along with a kitchen pantry and a new kitchen floor.
