They where respectful with phone calls when timelines changed.

The gentleman was very courteous and friendly and we reached an agreement on the cost easily because my job was not a big one he set to work immediately in spite of it being a very hot day and just after noon. I was very pleased with both how much was done and the price for the work. He also was able to provide me with a list of other services they can do for future reference. I will certainly keep this list he was very pleasant to deal with.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Had our 25+ foot tree down and hauled away within 30 minutes! Wonderful service!

Bob Flowers is a very friendly man, and I would deal with him and his crew in the future. They did everything they said they would do, except I didn't know what manageable size of wood, would be. The left over parts of the tree are too big for me to cut up. I will have to get a wood splitter to cut the wood into manageable pieces. Everything else was done very well.

Excellent company! They did a wonderful job and cleaned the whole area....even the street! The workers were very professional and very nice. I will definitely be using them for all my property needs.

Excellent to work with..the job was completed quickly and professionally. Bobby and crew was outstanding.

I felt like I had been a recipient of a bait and switch scam. Bobby came out and quoted me a price for the job. I agreed without getting the quote in writing (my fault). James showed up with the crew the next day and quoted a price double the initial quote. Bobby was conveniently unavailable to meet me and James about the discrepancy. Once the job was complete, neither owner came to see if the job was done to satisfaction. Bobby called to get my credit card number over the phone. I voiced my concerns which meant nothing. The name of the company charged to my credit card and on the electronic receipt did not match the name on the brochure or business card given to me the first day. However the workers were knowledgeable about tree trimming and cleaned up behind the job very well. I can only hope that the majority of the doubled (verbal) contract quote went to the workers.

I had a fantastic experience with CDC Property Maintenance and have already recommended their service to a friend. They had my project complete within one week of initial contact, and completed the job itself in 2 hours, which was great! Very polite workers. My only disappointment was that they used a chainsaw vs. hedge trimmers to trim my existing lilacs and hedge bush. The lilacs especially suffered many frazzled ends now because of this, and the hedge would look much better and more even using hedge trimmers. I will just have to specifically request this next time. Other than that, service was great, they provided site clean up, and very quick service. I will use them again and for other services as well since they offer one stop shopping.

Great job and did a nice clean up , I would recommend them for anyone needing tree removal.
