James was quick to get come out to quote. His crew was out within a week and had 2 large tree pruned and took down two smaller one as well as taking out several box wood evergreens in a few hours. They cleaned up and everything looks great!

Trees and bushes looked much better when they were done with the job. But I wanted all bushes trimmed to just below the window sills. However, they cut one bush completely down to the ground. No way to correct that; itâ  s gone. Make sure you communicate expectations clearly while the boss is still there. I noted that I had a hard time communicating with workers because it seemed that Spanish (not English) was their native language. Once the price is negotiated, it needs to be reduced to writing that both parties agree to. Be prepared to edit the written agreement.

James was very nice and professional came over and gave me the price to cut down 2 trees. His crew showed up at the time they said they would and they done an EXCELLENT job and cleaned everything up before they left. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Very satisfied I would give them 10 stars
