CDC Contracting got back to me with a quote within 1 day of my request for quotes. The owner said they had 2 other jobs in my area and could do the work that afternoon since his crew would be close. I approved the job and they were on the job within 4 hours. They removed the limb and cleaned up all debris and were done within 2 hours.

The work was done as specified. Everyone that came to my home was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend CDC Contracting.

Their customer service was good, and the estimator was very nice. He was there when he said he’d be and sent texts and calls to make sure I’d be there. They came to do the job a few days early, amazingly enough. I do wish they’d asked me to look at the work done before they left, because there were a few things I would have asked for (they were removing trees). Secondly, I would also have liked some kind of statement or receipt, which didn’t happen. Otherwise, they were prompt, quick and polite.

Our first call with them was Tuesday, and they completed multiple tree removal, trimming, and cleaning by Friday morning. Very impressed by their work.
