CDC Property Maintenance cut two trees down for me. They left the stumps at ground-level as to not interfere with mowing - as we had stipulated we wanted. The owner, Bobby, is an exceptional individual. He goes above and beyond what is expected to help his customers. The team of workers gave excellent service, and were extremely hard workers. The team did an excellent clean-up job as well. I would recommend them to anybody needing similar services.

Showed up early, left the place really clean, did a very good job. Trees were leaning over the roof, yet everything was cut and removed without any damages. Really impressed.

The owner Bobby was very professional and knowledge of my needs. Once the crew arrived, Nathan reviewed the plan and they went to work. Co-owner James came to make sure all was in order. Nathan kept me updated thru the work, I am completely satisfied with the job, the clean up and the Crew from the owner and all the Guys involved were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome job!!!!!

CDC is a superb company! They came out on time and gave us a quote then returned the same day to remove this huge tree we had. We live in close quarters to our neighbors and there are plenty of kids on our street. They brought the tree down without a single person being hurt and they kept at the job until it was completed and until we were satisfied. Within a few hours the job was complete and our yard was also cleaned up. No foul language was used around our children and everyone was in great spirits. I would recommend them to anybody. Great people and great work

This was a fast and professional crew all members were efficient in their duties. The job was finished in a short amount of time and the area was cleaned. I would recommend this crew if you have any large trees that need to be taken down.
