Write a ReviewI hired them to remove a tree. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend them to anyone!
I recently referred James Curran to a friend that was looking for a reputable property management company to remove a series of trees from her land just outside of Cincinnati. Within three days, James had called the client to set up an appointment, quoted the project, and successfully executed the job. My friend was extremely impressed with James s customer service approach, his rates, and the crew s overall diligence in performing the job. I would highly recommend CDC for any property maintained jobs.
Andy We greatly appreciate the opportunity. Thanks
I met both Bobby F and James C. They were very professional. They had excellent customer service. The price was better then the 2 estimates I received from other contractors. They communicated thoroughly. Work was done correct the first time. Would definitely recommend this company to any family and friends!!
Tiara Greatly appreciate working with you it has been a pleasure
They were very timely and clean.
Rick We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you you have been great to work with looking forward to helping you out on future projects.
I hired this company to be the general contractor after a tornado in my area. There were several jobs that I did. I hired this company to be the general contractor after a tornado in my area. There were several jobs that were completed However, with regard to a roof that was not removed correctly it took me three months to finally get them out and finish it. With regard to tree trimming which was part of my project they did not complete the work. It has been four months and they tell me they do not have a crew to finish the job. I have hired someone else to complete the job and had to pay an additional $3000 to the new company and I have not been able to get a refund for the incomplete work from CDC. I have recently reviewed the reply from CDC. All I can say is there is too much spin in the reply to unpack. It is easier for me to say no thank you we are done. Thanks
Mr. Johnson- regarding your roof: We're sorry to hear about your feelings regarding the work we performed for you. We CLEARLY communicated with you throughout the entire project what was going on with the timing situation pertaining to the metal roof. Our company takes great pride in being a company of our word. We informed you that we had to fire the contractor that did work on the roof the first time. CDC actually paid another $1800 out of our own pocket to ensure we found a reputable firm who would not only come out in the winter time (since the three month time period your speaking of was during the winter/on and off bad wet weather). Before we left your home you thanked us and approved of the work that was completed. You also mentioned there was no issues between CDC and you. I'm sorry you still feel this way. We would be more than happy to try and rectify any further matters of concern. Feel free to call us at our office. We attempted to reach back out to you. In-regards to the tree matter: I walked your property with you back in mid-February, we discussed several options on moving forward with the second claim of your insurance project pertaining to the trees. I did inform you that our tree crew was on a designated project in California for Pacific Gas and Electric. I told you we would be more than willing to complete the remaining work that we owed you when they returned within the next month; you DID NOT want to wait so you elected to go with another firm on the trees. The remaining amount of work was no more than 1k at very most (not 3k). We also discussed that together on-site. We discussed a re-payment plan since you wanted to move forward right away but you said you would get back with the insurance and then re-connect with us on moving forward. Once again our team here at CDC values our word and reputation in the community with our valued clients more than a dollar amount; we are more than willing to work-out a comparable solution so that you DO NOT feel this way regarding your experience with CDC. We value your business and the opportunity to help restore your property.
Thank you for your business
I payed in full ,mistake , I advised workers before they pulled truck in yard they would leave ruts , they assured me they had mats that would avoid that, It didn't, called boss he said they wouldn't fill tire ruts so. now if it rains I've got standing water where it drained before. I feel they we're less than honest wjth me.
We asked the client (Bob) if it was OK to utilize a bucket truck to safely top out his tree in the backyard he expressed his feelings in regards to not making ruts and we told him that if there were any ruts that we would fill them with topsoil we utilize mats to drive bucket truck back there and to get out there were some indentations within the yard due to a heavy piece of equipment being on mats on top of a moist yard . When we were finished with the job we utilized four bags of topsoil in areas that were damaged our foreman went to check on the job and to check with the client and he ensure that everything went well The next day I receive
We worked with Dennis Pxxxxx under the name of CDC Contracting and had nothing but problems. Dennis did not communicate with us when issues or delays occurred. Siding was damaged when roof was replace. Damage siding replaced was poor quality work that we had to have redone by another contractor. House was painted and it started to peal in 2 weeks. Fencing uneven. Left trash in the yard. We complained many times and never got work completed correctly. The CEO came out to discuss issues and his answer was to walk away from the job and leave it unfinished after 9 months. We complained to the BBB and CDC never responded to the complaint. BEWARE -Update to my review: James did get ahold of us, we discussed what work needed to be done and came to an agreement. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the crew was very professional.
Connie Dennis p is no longer working with CDC contracting as he speared headed this project 99.9 % we apologize for the things that has happened we are currently working with Connie to make this right. We appreciate your patience through this process.
They were the significantly more expensive than the other companies that I interviewed but the most professional. They took time to educate me on how and why they approach the job the way they do and what I could expect at every step along the way. They were punctual, efficient and effective. They did what they said they would do.
