Cory is the saving grace of my review- I would have given 5 stars on everything If I was only reviewing him.. Heâ s the only person to come out in the almost 3 years of service that has actually cared to treat our rat AND mouse problem. Bulwark the company? Not so much, they are the reason my stars ARENT all at 5. My house has rats and mice due to the other techs not caring to treat the problem and telling my that bulwark doesnâ t even deal with rats and mice. Not to mention the spiders ants and roaches in the houseâ ¦ verseeing customer service supervisors havenâ t even called back to talk to me about the problems. Itâ s only because Cory that Iâ m giving the company a chance to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company and have a great experience with every service. My Service Technician , Orlando Council, is always very thorough and happy to answer any and all of my questions. If he doesnâ t have an immediate answer, he will do research and be as helpful as possible. Orlando is a great asset to Bulwark. Iâ m so thankful to have him do all my services.
