Glenn Harris was prompt and texted ahead of time. When here he did the scheduled regular treatment and some extras I had requested. Got it done quickly and then followed up with report via text. I’m very pleased. I also talked to the office to set up extra treatments and they were very helpful! Thank you, so far only bugs I’ve seen since Glenn was here are dead ones!

Chris N from Bulwark arrived today with a most professional and friendly greeting, asking if we had anything special we wanted him to take care of. During the course of our thorough conversation, I told him that at times we have had ladybugs on the South side of our home. Although none are present today, Chris educated us about Asian Spotted Beetles (not Ladybugs…), even mentioning to be careful because they bite. He was very knowledgeable, and knows all aspects of the work. He told us as he left all the things he had done. We really appreciated his visit and the care he took with us and with our home.

Melvin C. Jr. was great. He took the time needed to remove all spider hangings within reach of his equipment. He checked all around our home, and sprayed thoroughly. I am glad he is our tech for these services. Make him come all the time.
