Each time we utilize their service the technicians are quick responsive and informative. They text ahead to let us know their arrival time and once the job is complete.

KASSIE KIRKS is the best technician at the company. You can always tell she does a thorough job. You hear and see her going around the entire house several times taking her time to hit all places as she goes. I'm sorry to say, I've had other appointments (3 occasions) where Kassie was not listed as the technician and no one showed at all. I've also had technicians show up and their done in a maximum of 10 minutes. They simply spray around the perimeter, a quick swipe for cobwebs they see and their out. We've all walked into a spider web. Thus, we all realize you can't always see them. Kassie hits all the corners of the eaves and windows around the house. She spays thoroughly. She spreads granules, and will handle any special needs as well. I'd hate to lose her technician visits, but she should really be your national trainer. It goes without saying that she is very kind and polite.
